The young Chilean Chef Marco Salinas arrives to our Hotel, who in the past 12 years, passed through some of the most beautiful restaurants in France such as Hostellerie Jerome by Bruno Cirino and in Paris the Thoumieux, both with two Michelin stars, and after his (Chile), and Le Grand Restaurant by Jean Francois Piege (New York), takes care of the cuisine of Ladera Hotel, with a simple and delicious, unpretentious and classic preparation.

Our cuisine stands out for its fresh and colorful dishes, always with seasonal products, with an emphasis on local products.
